- How and where can I receive a certificate of attendance?
How and where can I receive a certificate of attendance?
If you need a written confirmation that you have successfully attended the course please contact the Language Centre. Please bear in mind that this certificate confirms your attendance and your exam result, but it does not certify your individual language proficiency! Participation at the final examination is required to obtain a certificate. Some courses have no written exam at the end. In this case we take into consideration your oral presentation.
According to the new fee regulation (valid from July 2016), a fee of 10.00 Euro / certificate will be charged for the issuance of certificates. The fee is to be paid at the university's payment office (A106), at the B+W secretariat (G1.03) or by bank transfer.
Application for a certificate of attendance is only possible with this form.
Please fill in the application form and send it to the paying office (firstname.lastname@example.org). In case of a bank transfer, please ask the Language Center for the bank details and the payment reference number. The application will be signed by the Paying Office and forwarded to the Language Center.
You will receive your certificate by mail after the application has been processed. If necessary, you can pick up the original at the Language Center office (B266).
