Rosenstraße 8a—the address is fictional, yet shockingly real. It stands as a vice of the countless places in our cities and communities where domestic violence occurs. The exhibition draws attention to the often invisible aspects of domestic violence. Using QR codes, visitors can learn—in text or audio format—what signs indicate a violent family environment; in addition, representatives from Frauen helfen Frauen Ortenau e. V. are available for conversations.

To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, University staff will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition together.

Date: Wednesday, November 25, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Lange Straße 40/42 | 77652 Offenburg
