Career-Messe
Over the past few years, the Hochschule Offenburg Career Fair has established itself as one of the most important career fairs in the Upper Rhine region. Once a year, more than 120 companies gather here to meet young professionals—including those in the fields of Maschinenbau, Informatik, environmental engineering, Medizintechnik, media, and management consulting.
At the Oberrheinhalle in Offenburg, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to present your company to our students, who have no classes on that day. Use the fair to fill internships, final theses, or entry-level positions. With our sponsorship packages, you’ll ensure high visibility.

Career-Network is the perfect setting for more informal networking. In the relaxed atmosphere of a campus lunch break, you can make connections for internships or direct entry into the workforce. No need for elaborate booth setups—just coffee and good conversation. We’ll take care of the venue and refreshments. And you’ll provide the conversation.

JobTeaser is our central platform where you can connect directly with students and alumni of Hochschule Offenburg. Over 100 companies are already using JobTeaser to attract young talent for internships, final theses, or direct entry into the workforce. You can currently reach around 1,000 students and access over 400 resumes of future specialists and executives in the talent pool.

You can purchase an annual subscription to JobTeaser for €1,000 (plus VAT). You will then receive your registration link via email to create your profile.

How does the registration process work?
You can sign up for JobTeaser here: https://events.hs-offenburg.de/event/410/
You will then receive a link via email that you can use to create your profile on JobTeaser. We will send you the invoice separately.
When does the annual plan start and end?
Your access will be active for a full year starting on the day of booking. There is no automatic renewal. We will send you a timely email reminder before your subscription expires so that you can continue advertising without interruption.
Are there any free options?
Access to JobTeaser generally requires a fee. However, we offer customized solutions for startups and nonprofit organizations with limited budgets. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to see how we can support you.
Does my involvement count as sponsorship?
Do you already have a sponsorship partnership with Hochschule Offenburg (starting at approximately €5,000 per year, without a donation receipt)? If so, you can use JobTeaser at no additional cost. Just send us a quick email, and we’ll activate your access right away.
Can I post individual job listings?
We are committed to fostering long-term connections between companies and students in the region. For this reason, we offer only the annual plan, which includes an unlimited number of job postings.
What are some alternatives to JobTeaser?
JobTeaser has replaced emails, PDF attachments, and on-site notices, because we are convinced that this type of networking and targeted outreach is beneficial for everyone involved.

How to Become a Partner
Would you like to strengthen your team with StudiumPLUS students? You can join as a partner company at any time of the year. We’d be happy to send you a sample agreement with no obligation and answer any questions you may have in a personal meeting.
Investing in the Best: The Deutschlandstipendium
Outstanding achievements deserve strong partners. Through the Deutschlandstipendium, we work together to support talented and dedicated students. What makes this special is that your financial contribution has double the impact. For every euro you donate, the federal government matches it with one euro. This way, you support talented students with a total of 300 euros per month while also strengthening the culture of scholarships in our region.
Your benefits as a scholarship donor:
Tailored selection: You choose exactly the scholarship recipients who are a good fit for your company, both professionally and personally.
Direct interaction: Build relationships with the talented students you support. For example, through one-on-one conversations, company tours, or invitations to your company open houses.
Visibility as a sponsoring partner: You position yourself as a responsible company and an attractive employer for the next generation of skilled professionals in the Ortenau region.
Become a Sponsoring Partner
A scholarship amounts to €300 per month. As a private scholarship provider, you cover €150 of this amount. By committing to funding for 2 semesters (a total of €1,800 per year), you provide a talented student with full support. Individuals also have the option of jointly funding scholarships on a pro-rata basis.

Can I choose “my” scholarship recipients?
Yes. As a funding partner of the Deutschlandstipendium, you have the opportunity to select, from among the recipients, the scholarship recipients who are the best fit for your company and to specifically choose them to receive your support.
Do I have direct contact with the students?
Yes, because we encourage you to get to know the students. You have the opportunity to invite your scholarship recipients to one-on-one meetings or to introduce them to your company through a tour or an open house. This fosters long-term personal connections. Together, we’re helping you recruit skilled professionals while also supporting the students’ professional development.
