Hochschule Offenburg Presents Its Degree Programs

Prospective students can find out more online in July about bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as the startING introductory semester.

It all kicks off on Thursday, July 2, from 5 to 6 p.m. with an online information session on the new bachelor's degree program in Digital Public Management and Consulting for anyone who wants to actively help shape the transformation of the public sector. During the session, interested participants will learn more about the structure of the program, which covers topics such as GovTech & digital infrastructure, IT consulting, innovation management, and AI in the public sector. Program representatives will also outline the skills you’ll gain and the exciting career opportunities that result from them. Of course, there will be plenty of time at the end for your questions. Next up is Monday, July 6, with an online information session on the startING introductory semester for all high school graduates interested in technology who aren’t yet sure which degree program to choose, or for anyone who has completed vocational training and is looking to pursue a degree while exploring new career paths. The organizers will provide guidance and answer questions. You’ll receive the link to the Zoom session via email after registering at https://events.hs-offenburg.de/e/onlineinfo.

On Thursday, July 9, the series continues with an online information session on the bachelor's degree program in Maschinenbau at Hochschule Offenburg. Anyone interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree and with an interest in technology can learn everything they need to know about studying Maschinenbau at Hochschule Offenburg from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. and ask questions. For anyone who already holds a bachelor’s degree, is interested in digital technologies, and would like to know how to specifically specialize in their technical expertise in Maschinenbau, there is an online information session on the master's program “Digitale Technologien im Maschinenbau (DT-M).” This session, also taking place on Thursday, July 9, starting at 6:00 p.m., will address whether the master's degree program aligns with your academic interests and career goals. The session will provide an overview of the program’s curriculum, areas of focus, and career prospects—as well as ample time for individual questions. And for all professionals who want to expand their knowledge and strengthen their leadership skills, there will be an online information session on Thursday, July 16, about the part-time General Management master's degree program. During this approximately one-hour information session, participants will gain a comprehensive insight into the structure, curriculum, costs, and admission requirements for the part-time MBA program. Following the live presentation, Dean of Studies Prof. Dr. Steffen Rietz and Program Coordinator Miriam Viera-Hellwig will be available to answer any questions.
