Zukunft.Lab.Schwarzwald – AI and IoT for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sustainable Processes
How can supply chains and value chains become more transparent, efficient, and resilient? The Digital Supply Chain (DSC) research group will provide answers to these questions at the next event in the Zukunft.Lab.Schwarzwald visitor series on September 29, 2026, at Hochschule Offenburg, Gengenbach Campus.
The research group designs, develops, tests, and implements digital, AI-, and IoT-based solutions for production, logistics, and sustainable value chains. The goal of their work is to make processes more transparent, efficient, robust, and resilient, and to support companies in the digital transformation of their logistical and operational workflows.
The research focuses on the intelligent integration of physical processes with enterprise information systems, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making processes. During the visit, participants will learn firsthand how innovative technologies help address the challenges of modern supply and value chains and actively shape the logistics of tomorrow. Afterward, there will be time for a personal exchange with the researchers.
