Everything You Need to Know
Course Content
In the Digital Engineering program, you’ll learn how intelligent systems and energy-efficient processes are transforming industry.
Engineering Fundamentals: You’ll build a solid foundation in mechanics, electronics, and computer sciences.
Digital Toolkit: You’ll learn to apply artificial intelligence and robotics strategically to solve complex problems.
Focus on Sustainability: Energy and environmental engineering are integral parts of our program, enabling you to develop solutions that make sense in the long term.
Project Work: Together with partner companies, you’ll work on real-world cases and apply your knowledge directly in practice.
Perspectives
Our graduates are in high demand because they bridge the gap between traditional mechanical engineering and modern IT. Are you ready for roles such as:
Smart Product Developer: You’ll be working on the next generation of intelligent machines.
Digital Transformation Project Manager: You’ll drive change within companies and give their processes a fresh boost.
Robotics & AI expert: You implement automated solutions in manufacturing.
Sustainable Systems Engineer: You ensure that technology and ecology go hand in hand.
Highlights from the study program
Study in a way that fits your life: The blended learning approach
Do you want to further your academic development, but your daily life doesn’t allow for a traditional on-campus full-time program? Digital Engineering combines the best of both worlds: maximum flexibility through digital learning and hands-on experience during compact in-person sessions.
Here’s how your program works:
80% freedom: You complete the majority of your lectures and exercises online. At your desk, in a café, or after work: You decide when and where you study. Our digital learning platforms are available to you around the clock.
20% Focus: For lab practicals and direct interaction, you’ll visit the respective universities for a few days each semester. During these scheduled on-campus sessions, the focus is on “doing”: you’ll tinker with machines alongside your team, program robots, and build connections.
