Course Content

Your degree program is a journey through the Upper Rhine Technology Region. You’ll start in France, deepen your knowledge in Offenburg, and choose your specializations in Switzerland. For your final semester and your bachelor’s degree project, you’ll return to Germany.

You’ll study in two languages: in German in Offenburg and in French at our two partner locations.

Year 1 (Haguenau, FR):
You’ll learn the mathematical and physical principles behind every circuit. The first two semesters will help you get your bearings in your field of study and the new language.
The 2nd Year (Offenburg, DE):
Now things get hands-on: You’ll engage in a specialization in electrical and information technology topics and learn how to design complex circuits and how modern communication technology works.
The 3rd Year & Specialization (Neuchâtel, CH):
You’ll choose your focus:
- Automated Systems: You’ll learn how to control industrial processes, robots, and entire plants. You’ll gain an understanding of drive technology and design systems that operate autonomously and with precision.
- Embedded Systems: Here, it’s all about intelligence on a small scale. You’ll design and program embedded systems—from the sensor in your smartwatch to the control unit in an autonomous vehicle.

Quick Start: Statistically speaking, graduates of this program find a challenging position within just 3 months.

Schritt 2: Bewerbungsunterlagen einreichen

Das Antragsformular sowie alle notwendigen Bewerbungsunterlagen (siehe Checkliste (PDF)) lädst du direkt im Portal hoch. Du brauchst uns nichts per Post zu schicken.

Eine Ausnahme gibt es: Falls du Sonderanträge stellst, schicke die entsprechenden Nachweise bitte per Post unter Angabe deiner Bewerbernummer an das Zulassungsamt der Hochschule Offenburg.

Wichtige Hinweise für deine Bewerbung:

Vollständigkeit zählt: Wir bearbeiten deine Bewerbung nur dann, wenn alle Dokumente fristgerecht bei uns eingetroffen sind (Stichtag: 15. Januar / 15. Juli bzw. Enddatum des am Anfang der Seite ausgewiesenen Bewerbungszeitraums). Bei Postsendungen gilt der Tag, an dem der Brief bei uns ankommt, nicht der Poststempel.
Bewerbernummer angeben: Solltest du Dokumente nachreichen, schreibe bitte immer deine Bewerbernummer dazu. So können wir alles schnell zuordnen.

Schritt 3: Zu den Vorkursen anmelden

In den 2 Wochen vor Vorlesungsbeginn finden Vorkurse in Mathe, Physik und Informatik statt. Nutze diese Zeit, um dein Wissen aufzufrischen und erste Kontakte zu knüpfen.
