The TrinTEd project aims to raise students’ awareness of career opportunities in neighboring countries and to equip them with new intercultural skills that can be applied in a cross-border context.

During weekend exchange events, students divided into trinational groups will benefit from technical training opportunities in various fields. Their findings will be presented to their fellow students and representatives from the three countries.

By the end of the project, a total of 400 students working in trinational teams are expected to have developed technical solutions and received training in future-oriented topics. Above all, they will have gained knowledge about corporate structures, technology transfer, and copyright law in the countries of the Upper Rhine region. Through interaction with the business community, they will be even better equipped to pursue their careers in a neighboring country.
