In accordance with Section 30(1) of the Federal Public Procurement Ordinance (UVgO), Hochschule Offenburg hereby provides the following information regarding the award of contracts following the award of the contract in the context of

• restricted tenders with or without a pre-qualification process and

• negotiated awards with or without a pre-qualification process
