A stay abroad can be enriching both professionally and personally. But how can it be financed?
The International Office, represented in this talk by Melanie Schlüter, supports doctoral candidates with various opportunities for a stay abroad during their PhD. We will discuss who to contact at HSO for which matters, what is funded, and how to apply for a funded stay abroad. Afterwards, two doctoral candidates, Charleen Baumann and René Zandomeni, will share their personal experiences, challenges, and successes during their week-long stay abroad, and provide valuable tips for your own planning.
