Snow excursion 2015 to Engelberg / Switzerland

As every year, also in 2015 the Graduate School team organized an excursion into the snow.


This year on 15 February, 75 international students and their coordinators headed towards their week-end destination: the Swiss Alpes in Engelberg where they spent two days full of activities and fun, including sledging, snow tubing and snowshoeing on the mountain Titlis at an altitude of 1800 m.

The excursion always gives the students the possibility to enjoy time with their international study colleagues from all the four Master´s degree programs as well as from the various exchange programs and to relax after a tiring examiation period of 3 weeks. It is therefore always a perfect occasion to celebrate the end of the semester with friends in the snow.

Some of the participants had never seen snow before - and it was therefore their first time to try to sit on a sledge and race down a snowy hill or to have a snow fight.
All of them managed well - and hopefully the excursion will stay an unfortettable event for everybody!
